It took 4 weeks to have my tax done . Very poor service !!! And then still charged full service fee not happy

We went to Meriden accountant in emu park just before we brought our house and found they were slack in some paperwork especially when it was needed.When we had ask for them to send off paperwork that was needed they said they would bring it to the office to send it but forgot the paperwork not professional at all.Not sure will go back as I have never experienced a company that are so unprofessional.I even had my bank ask me what kind of accountant that we were using.
